Do you, or does someone you know, suffer from...
Symptoms like these come and go, but they can constantly affect your quality of life. Anxiety, stress or just having a busy lifestyle often make them worse, but even small changes to your diet and lifestyle can help to relieve them.
"My wife and I bought some sauces from you at the Lichfield food festival last weekend. We have had the Carbonara and today the Masala. They are incredible! The taste and textures are just sublime and gave me no stomach issues afterwards at all.
I had brown rice with the Masala, and gluten-free brown pasta with the Carbonara. So awesome that you are catering for us IBS sufferers. Thank you so much!"

I have had the pleasure of watching some of the sauces available being lovingly and carefully prepared by Cheryl in her kitchen, so when Cheryl informed me of her much anticipated website going live, I couldn't wait to place an order!
I found every sauce that I ordered to be flavoursome, versatile and tasty.
Although I am not a suffer of IBS, these sauces are for anyone and everyone to use and enjoy.
I have no hesitation in recommending the range of So Low Fodmap Foods to anyone!

Had a fab day at the Liverpool 'free from' foodshow. My favourite stall has to be So Low FODMAP Foods, which had amazing tasting sauces.
Also a very large So Low FODMAP foods recipe book, full of FODMAP-friendly recipes which I got as a Christmas present. Best Chicken Korma curry I've had!
This was my first bought low FODMAP sauce, and it was absolutely delicious! 🤤 Better than any non low FODMAP shop-bought Korma sauce. 😋
I got this from the winter 'free from' show in Liverpool. Would definitely recommend going to a 'free from' show.

Enjoy food without the bloating feeling!
Research has found that reducing your intake of FODMAPs (Fermentable Oligo-saccharide, Di-saccharides, Mono-saccharides and Polyols) can help to reduce digestion-related problems like Irritable Bowel Syndrome, heartburn and bloating.
It can even help alleviate more serious conditions like Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
So what foods are high in FODMAPs?
Well... Onion for a start! Garlic too! Also Mushrooms, Cauliflower, Apples, Pears, Wheat and Barley, many pulses such as Baked Beans and Kidney Beans, Milk, Honey and some Nuts... to name just a few.
You can still enjoy tasty meals though, even if you're trying to reduce or cut out FODMAP foods altogether.
And it's our mission to help people do just that!
