ARABIATA SAUCE

250ml. Ingredients: Passata (94%), garlic-infused sunflower oil, chillies (1.3%), balsamic vinegar, sugar, herbs, salt, black pepper. 500ml also available
Recommended cooking method (serves 2): 
Gently heat sauce to boil, reduce heat, then simmer whilst cooking 150g-200g of pasta. Drain the pasta and stir-through the Arabiata sauce. 
 

BBQ SAUCE

250ml. Ingredients: Passata, spring onion shoots, muscovado sugar, tomato puree, treacle, garlic-infused sunflower oil, herbs, spices, mustard, salt, black pepper. Note: Mustard is an allergen. 500ml also available. 
Recommended cooking method (serves 2): 
Place 4 chicken thighs or 250g belly pork in a roasting tin, pour over the BBQ Sauce and cook slowly in the oven, Gas Mark 2/150c for approx. 2hrs or until the meat is tender and 
cooked through. Serve piping hot! 
 

BOLOGNAISE SAUCE

250ml. Ingredients: Passata, spring onion greens, tomato puree, garlic-infused sunflower oil, red wine, beef bouillon (salt, potato starch, yeast extract, maltodextrin, rapeseed oil, flavouring, palm oil, sugar, sunflower oil, colour (ammonia caramel), beef fat and stock powder, caramelised sugar powder), herbs, salt, black pepper. 500ml also available. 
Recommended cooking method (serves 2): Brown 250g mince beef, stirring to break meat up, pour in the Bolognaise sauce. Gently heat to boil, reduce heat, and then simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with gluten-free spaghetti. 
 

CARBONARA SAUCE

250ml. Ingredients: Lactose-free cream (milk), lactose-free cheese (milk), lactose-free milk, lactose-free cream cheese (milk), garlic-infused sunflower oil, basil, potato starch, salt, black pepper. Note: Cheese, milk and cream cheese ingredients are allergens. 500ml also available. 
Recommended cooking method (serves 2): Gently heat the Carbonara sauce to boil, reduce heat and then stir-in 300g-350g cooked pasta. Add some crispy fried pancetta and a twist of black pepper on top, and serve! 
 

CHERRY TOMATO RELISH

250ml. Ingredients: Cherry tomatoes (58%), sugar (20%), red wine vinegar, spring onion shoots, garlic-infused sunflower oil, coriander leaf, chillies, salt, black pepper. 
Delicious served with cold meats or cheese and biscuits. 
 

CHILLI CON CARNE SAUCE

250ml. Ingredients: Passata, spring onion shoots, beef bouillon (salt, potato starch, yeast extract, maltodextrin, rapeseed oil, flavouring, palm oil, sugar, sunflower oil, colour (ammonia caramel) beef fat and stock powder, caramelised sugar powder), garlic-infused sunflower oil, tomato puree, chillies, herbs and spices, salt, ground black pepper. 500ml also available. 
Recommended cooking method (serves 2): Heat a little garlic-infused oil in a saucepan and add 250g beef mince. 
Stir continuously until the meat has browned. Pour in the chilli sauce and simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice or over nachos and grated cheese. 
 

HERB STUFFING

100g. Ingredients: Gluten-free dried breadcrumbs (water, rice flour, tapioca starch, bamboo fibre, potato starch, yeast, humectant [glycerol], rapeseed oil, dried egg white, psyllium husk powder, thickeners [hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, xanthan gum], sugar, maize starch, salt, preservatives [calcium propionate, sorbic acid], maize flour, quinoa, emulsifiers [mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids], flavouring), (90%), dried spring onion shoots, dried sage, dried parsley, dried oregano, black pepper, salt. Note: Eggs are an allergen. 
Recommended cooking method: Place the dried ingredients in a bowl and pour on 300ml of chicken stock. Leave to stand for 2-3 minutes, then stir. Add a little more stock for a softer stuffing. Turn out the stuffing mix into a baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven (Gas 7/220c) for approx. 25 minutes. 
 

KICKING COATING

Recommended cooking method
Requires: 20 mini chicken fillets (approx. 500g), Gluten-free flour (approx. 30g), 2 eggs, Vegetable oil spray, 3 bowls. 
Place the flour, eggs and coating each in a separate bowl. Beat the eggs. Dip each chicken fillet into the flour, then into the egg, and finally into the coating. Make sure each fillet is evenly coated at each dipping stage! Place the fillets on a baking tray and spray lightly with the oil. Cook in a pre-heated oven (Gas Mark 5/190°C) for 10-15 mins. Turn the fillets over and spray the other side. Return to the oven and cook for a further 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. 
 

KORMA SAUCE

250ml. Ingredients: Lactose-free cream (milk) (35%), lactose-free natural yoghurt (milk), creamed coconut (15%), spring onion shoots, lactose-free milk, coriander leaf, garlic-infused sunflower oil, desiccated coconut, chillies, spices, herbs, salt, black pepper. 500ml also available. 
Recommended cooking method: Dice 250g of chicken. Heat a pan with a little garlic-infused oil and fry the chicken for a few minutes, until lightly brown. Pour in the sauce, bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. ENSURE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH & PIPING HOT. Serve with basmati rice.

PIZZA SAUCE

SWEET CHILLI DIPPING SAUCE
