Recommended cooking method (serves 4):
Place 8 chicken thighs or 500g of belly pork in a roasting tin, pour over the BBQ Sauce and cook slowly in the oven, Gas Mark 2/150c, for approx. 2hrs or until the meat is tender and cooked through. Serve piping hot!
