Korma Sauce (250ml)

250ml. Ingredients: Lactose-free cream (milk) (35%), lactose-free natural yoghurt (milk), creamed coconut (15%), spring onion shoots, lactose-free milk, coriander leaf, garlic-infused sunflower oil, desiccated coconut, chillies, spices, herbs, salt, black pepper.

Recommended cooking method: 
Dice 250g of chicken.  
Heat a pan with a little garlic-infused oil and fry the chicken for a few minutes, until lightly brown.  
Pour in the sauce, bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.  
ENSURE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH & PIPING HOT. 
Serve with basmati rice.
