Masala Sauce

530ml. Ingredients: Lactose-free cream (milk) (34%), tomato puree, butter (milk), water, creamed coconut, garlic-infused sunflower oil, chillies, lemon juice, coriander leaf, spices, potato starch, sugar, salt.

Recommended cooking method: 
Dice 500g of chicken.  
Heat a pan with a little garlic-infused oil and fry the chicken for a few minutes, until lightly brown.  
Pour in the sauce, bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.  
ENSURE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH & PIPING HOT. 
Serve with basmati rice.
