Sweet 'n' Sour Sauce

Ingredients: Passata, pineapple, concentrated pineapple juice, red pepper, muscavado sugar (6%), spring onion shoots, water, gluten-free soy sauce, wine vinegar, garlic-infused sunflower oil, sherry, concentrated tomato puree, potato starch, mustard, spices, salt, black pepper. Note: Mustard is an allergen.

Recommended cooking method: 
Slice 500g chicken or pork loin into thin strips. Heat a pan with a little garlic-infused oil and fry the meat for a few minutes, until lightly brown. 
Pour in the sauce, bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 12-15 minutes stirring occasionally.  
ENSURE MEAT IS COOKED THROUGH AND PIPING HOT. 
Serve with egg fried rice.
