Herb Stuffing

100g. Ingredients: Gluten-free dried breadcrumbs (water, rice flour, tapioca starch,
bamboo fibre, potato starch, yeast, humectant [glycerol], rapeseed oil, dried egg white, psyllium husk powder, thickeners [hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, xanthan gum], sugar, maize starch, salt, preservatives [calcium
propionate, sorbic acid], maize flour, quinoa, emulsifiers [mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids], flavouring), (90%), dried spring onion shoots, dried sage, dried parsley, dried oregano, black pepper, salt. Note: Eggs are an allergen.
Recommended cooking method:
Place the dried ingredients in a bowl and pour on 300ml of chicken stock.
Leave to stand for 2-3 minutes, then stir.
Add a little more stock for a softer stuffing.
Turn out the stuffing mix into a baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven (Gas 7/220c) for approx. 25 minutes.
